Abstract
In the context of the global Covid-19 pandemic, many opportunities and challenges will be created for Vietnam’s tourism industry. It must be said that human resources are affected the most. Therefore, in order to keep pace, tourism human resources need to have appropriate training plans and training methods. The article will focus on forecasting by sociological survey research methods and analyzing data for training and sharing policies with current tourism human resources, but at the same time there will be quick adaptation solutions to prevent adverse manpower shortages as soon as returning to the new normal
