Abstract

This paper deal with the analysis and design the application to manager information of scientific researchs for Department of Scientific Management and Postgraduate Training at HaiPhong private University. This program handles correctly and quickly, has user-friendly interface and easy to use. This is the Web application and written in ASP.NET basing on VB.NET language.
