| dc.description.abstract | The Vietnam Tourism Development Strategy to 2030 has identified green tourism as one of its three main pillars, emphasizing the integration of tourism activities with environmental protection and the promotion of natural resource values (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 2020). In Hai Phong, green tourism products such as ecotourism in Cat Ba, local cultural experience tourism, and beach resort tourism are receiving attention. However, the development of these products must comply with legal regulations on environmental protection and require well-trained human resources to ensure sustainability and competitiveness. Investing in training high-quality human resources for green tourism in Hai Phong not only helps to effectively exploit tourism potential but also contributes to environmental protection and sustainable economic development. This study aims to assess the potential for green tourism development in Hai Phong, analyze the current state of tourism human resources, and propose training solutions to meet the needs of sustainable development. | en_us |
