Using appropriate research methods, we have assessed the current state of wilpower quality and determined the correlation between will quality and performance in three short distance running events of athletes of the young athletics team at coaching center and sport competitions in An Dương District Hai Phong City. The results show that there is a correlation between the qualiy of wi and the performance of high-class athletes. However, for athletes who do not have a level, the correlation not is clear
