An analysis of the efficiency of teaching methods applied in ESL classrooms for primary students in Haiphong city
Abstract
This paper is conducted with a view of finding out the efficiency of ESL teaching methods applied for primary students compared to traditional teaching in achieving the goal of learning English. This research is, therefore, expected to document the significant ways of teaching English language suitable for elementary level students and discuss the practical implementation of these ways. Two research questions were addressed as follow: What are common ESL teaching methods applied for primary schoolers? How efficient are teaching methods applied in ESL classrooms?
