dc.description.abstractCulture performs several functions in the scope of an organization. The first role of culture is demarcation. It means that culture creates differences between organizations. Secondly, culture plays a role of spreading the subject to organizational members. Thirdly, culture increases the stability of social system within an organization. Fourthly, culture motivates employees to commit themselves to organizational common benefits. Culture is considered as adhesive, which helps solidify an organization through giving appropriate standards to employees in order that they know what to do and what to say. The last role of culture is to control to orient and form the attitude as well as behavior of employees. This role has a special significance in our production process.en_US
