Abstract
By regular scientific research methods, we have selected 14 exercises to develop professional fitness and 4 tests to assess the level of professional fitness in the 4x100m running for female athletes of the young athletics team at coaching center and sport competitions in Hai Phong City. Initially applied in practice, the professional physical performance of the experimental group was different from the control group in the increasing direction. That shows that the exercises we have chosen have effectively improved the 4x100m running performance for female athletes of the young athletics team at coaching center and sport competitions in Hai Phong City
