Abstract

Currently, universities and colleges in Vietnam pay much attention to credit-based training system. However, there are challenges related to training management software as well as the difficulties in the execution of MOET’s Regulation No 43. This article, therefore, will provide several practical experience in the design, implementation and managing the software and discuss its pros and cons.
