Applying the Pareto principle to cash flow management involves focusing on the 20% of core activities, customers, and products that generate 80% of cash flow. This optimizes revenue and expenditure from this group, reduces waste in the remaining 80%, and focuses on the 20% of largest expenses to save and accelerate recovery from the 20% most important customers. Their development has followed a dynamic trajectory—characterized by rapid expansion in the first decade, a slowdown in the second, and increasing differentiation in recent years. This evolution has been closely shaped by state policies and legal frameworks. With the upcoming issuance of Resolution No. 71 NQ/TW on comprehensive educational reform and a revised Law on Higher Education slated for 2026, PHE are seen to encounter both significant opportunities and complex challenges. This paper employs document analysis to examine the challenges these institutions face in mobilizing resources for investment and growth. The initrial experiment has shown the effectiveness of the exercise system in developing professional endurance for the research subjiects.Item type: Item , Ảnh hưởng của trí tuệ nhân tạo đối với giảng dạy tiếng Trung tại Việt Nam(Kỷ yếu Hội thảo khoa học Quốc tế "Giảng dạy và nghiên cứu ngoại ngữ trong kỷ nguyên số: Hội nhập và phát triển", 2026) Vũ, HưngTrong bối cảnh cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 và sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), việc ứng dụng công nghệ này vào giáo dục ngoại ngữ tại Việt Nam nói chung và giảng dạy tiếng Trung nói riêng đang trở thành một xu hướng tất yếu. Bài viết này được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu đánh giá toàn diện những tác động của AI đến lĩnh vực giảng dạy tiếng Trung, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp ứng dụng hiệu quả. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu hỗn hợp (kết hợp định lượng và định tính), kết quả cho thấy AI đem lại nhiều tác động tích cực thông qua các công cụ như hệ thống nhận diện giọng nói, dịch thuật thông minh và học tập cá nhân hóa, giúp nâng cao hiệu quả và hứng thú học tập. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra những thách thức không nhỏ, bao gồm chi phí công nghệ cao, hạn chế về năng lực số của giáo viên và người học, cũng như làm suy giảm tính tương tác xã hội – yếu tố cốt lõi của giảng dạy ngôn ngữ. Thông qua bài viết, chúng tôi cũng đề xuất một số giải pháp để giải quyết các vấn đề trên.Item type: Item , When Support Becomes Dependency: Investigating ChatGPT’s Role in Shaping EFL Students’ Translation Competence(Uropean Knowledge Development Institute, 2026) Trần, Thị Ngọc LiênIntegrating artificial intelligence into translation studies has proven to enhance learners’ translation skills and practice. However, overreliance on this technological tool may give rise to various translation-related issues. This study, therefore, investigates both the benefits and potential risks associated with the use of ChatGPT in translation training for Vietnamese English-major students. It also aims to propose some pedagogical approaches that position AI as more of a scaffolding tool than a substitute in translation training at a university in Vietnam. Sixty third-year English-major students participated in the study and were divided into two groups, with the control group completing the translation tasks mannually while the experimental group utilized ChatGPT for both learning and assessment. Pre-tests and post-tests were used, and the assessment was based on EMT (European Master’s in Translation) dimensions, including language, intercultural, thematic, and strategic competences. Semi-structured interviews were also carried out to explore student perception about the intervention. Findings indicate that ChatGPT improved translation quality by enhancing students’ language, thematic, and strategic competencies, however, it did not really influence their intercultural competence. These two was collected in order to evaluate standards affecting the effectiveness of online teaching activities in Physical Education on a randomly selected sample of 200 male and female students participating in online Physical Education belonging to non-sports majors for students in university of physical education and sports. Results were evaluated from 13 firstly-proposed standards, along with being consulted by experts and comparing with lecturers and students participating in online PE learning. The study has selected 04 criteria in order to evaluate the effectiveness of online teaching activities.
