Abstract

This book has been a long labor of love. I’ve really enjoyed the process and am excited to have the book finally get published. I want to first thank my family and friends for all their love and support. I want to thank the Apress team, they have been awesome, and I cannot imagine writing a 100+ page book without a team to support finding all the typos, hard-to-follow paragraphs, and more.
