These various artists, programmers, designers, audio engineers, and others each have their own specialty that is essential to creating a quality video game, but a successful game doesn’t simply hinge on these team me MBers all doing their respective jobs. It is making sure that each moving part flows together in a smooth, even, and balanced process, with results championed, political torpedoes dodged, and a single creative vision maintained throughout. The one team me MBer who is responsible for this, to keep the trains on the tracks, the energy up, and the creative juices flowing, is the video game producer. |
