A study on improving freshmen's speaking skill through watching the news on the VOA channel at Hai Phong University of Management and Technology

Abstract

Realizing the difficulties in learning speaking skills of first-year students majoring in English at Hai Phong University of Management and Technology. Therefore, this survey was conducted to understand those difficulties. Because of these factors, many students are not interested in learning and practicing this skill in class, so the study proposes measures to improve students' speaking skills.
