Many students think of science as learning vocabulary words, labeling pictures, and memorizing facts. Science is much more than that. Science works best when we are curious and look for new ways to answer questions or solve problems. In order for you to experience science in its fullest sense you must take it beyond the classroom and include it in your everyday experiences. Science is not limited to plants, animals, or dinosaurs but there are cross-cutting concepts woven throughout all scientific disciplines.en_US
