Cash flow management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involves closely monitoring, forecasting, and controlling cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity, maintain operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Applying the Pareto principle to cash flow management involves focusing on the 20% of core activities, customers, and products that generate 80% of cash flow. This optimizes revenue and expenditure from this group, reduces waste in the remaining 80%, and focuses on the 20% of largest expenses to save and accelerate recovery from the 20% most important customers. The most important goal is to ensure the business has a stable cash flow and sustainable growth.en_us
