Abstract

Faced with the requirements of economic development in the period of 2025-2030, Hai Phong needs to innovate its growth model according to the orientation of 3 pillars: high-tech industry, seaports - logistics, and tourism - trade. In which, seaports - logistics development is considered an importantstep in promoting the economy of Hai Phong and the Northern region. In orderto have a sufficient and high-quality logistics human resource for Hai Phong, it is necessary to combine training and human resource development solutions in a synchronous manner. Including: improving training quality, strengthening cooperation between stakeholders, promoting technology application, and creating an attractive working environment.
