    Abstract
    Tourism human resources are becoming extremely valuable assets in the process of operating tourism service businesses. They all have to be trained in a methodical way, plus professional skills and attitudes. Thus, it is a very difficult problem to obtain complete human resources. Besides, it is al-so subject to a lot of external influences due to the process of demand for-mation and the change of job positions in the digital revolution. The article focuses on researching the challenges of the digital revolution in human re-source development, labor and employment in the tourism industry. At the same time, they will choose the most suitable solutions for human resources when affected by the future digital technology revolution for Vietnam's tour-ism industry.
