Abstract

This is a great book and other reviewers will tell you why. The only reason I put a review here is to warn the potential buyer to check the quality of the figures printed in the book. No text should get to the public in this condition of my copy, where the figures are often at best fuzzy and at worst so bad that the text within them cannot be read. Most often this happens in figures printed on the right side as you hold the book open in front of you and a quick leafing thought the book will reveal it. This is the fault of the publisher, not the author, who has done an outstanding job only to have it sabotaged. My copy is the first printing, October 2009
