| dc.description.abstract | Traffic congestions and accidents are the important problems in the big cities in Vietnam, including Haiphong city which is confronting to solve these problems on the main streets. These problems are concerned by the public as well as the city government who make the requirement for seeking the solutions to handle. One of the suitable solutions for Haiphong city to avoid the traffic congestions and accidents as HCM city or HN which has experienced before is analysis of W.S.O.T (analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of traffic congestions). To build up the frame diagram for action plan: identifying the targets, the contents, the sequences, the implementation solutions and implementation roadmap for preventing the traffic congestions in Haiphong, contributing to prevent congestions in the future and develop the socio-economy of the city.
