dc.description.abstractHalal tourism is experiencing strong and rapid growth in the global tourism and hospitality industry. One of the main drivers of the Halal tourism market is the growth of the Muslim middle class, who are willing to spend more on travel. Vietnam has great potential for developing Halal tourism, especially in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, and Da Nang. However, a specific strategy is needed to attract Muslim tourists and develop a Halal service ecosystem. This article will focus on researching the main strategies that Vietnam’s tourism sector has advantages in to attract Muslim tourists. Developing Halal tourism in Vietnam raises many issues that need to be addressed in order to effectively exploit this market.en_us
