dc.description.abstractSmart tourism, or smart tourism destinations, is a goal that many localities around the world are striving for. Positive and negative images of Cat Ba as a tourist destination will be important bases for building, improving, and developing to attract Vietnamese tourists, creating satisfaction during their travel experiences, and fostering greater loyalty to the destination. The results of these studies focus on building databases of smart observed variables. This highlights the importance of destination image and building a smart tourism destination in Cat Ba in the new context.en_us
