They all have to be trained in a methodical way, plus professional skills and attitudes. Thus, it is a very difficult problem to obtain complete human resources. Besides, it is al-so subject to a lot of external influences due to the process of demand for-mation and the change of job positions in the digital revolution. The article focuses on researching the challenges of the digital revolution in human re-source development, labor and employment in the tourism industry.
