Abstract

I wrote this book for the aspiring app developer who wants to move beyond the level of hobbyist and become a true professional in the field of software. She’s discovered that programming, and in particular iOS development, speaks to her (see Figure 1-1 ). Whether it’s solving complex problems, having the freedom to choose when and where to work to make a better life for herself, or just that it’s fun—I want everyone to succeed.
