Learning 2.0 is about much more than simply integrating social media into education. It is about maximizing the potential that the new opportunities for learning represent. Learners, of course, will take advantage of the opportunities regardless of anything that associations do they now have the ability to connect and learn in pretty much any way they want. That was already true three years ago it is even truer now. While that fact may seem daunting, it also represents a tremendous opportunity. Figuring out how to get the most out of the vast range of learning opportunities now available online and off is no easy task. It is an area where association educators can clearly lead the way and provide great value to their audience. My hope is that this book will be one useful tool in helping that happen.en_US
