Abstract:	This paper presentes our studing results on complex formation of Ni2+ with Lumomagnezone (Lm or H2L) and Ni2+ with mixed ligands Lm, HCO3- in the systems: H2O - Ni2+- Lm (1). H2O - Ni2+- Lm - HCO3- (2). The formerd complexes [NiHL]+, [Ni(HL)HCO3] have been used as catalysts for the reactions of Lm oxidation by H2O2 in the systems: H2O - Ni2+ - Lm - H2O2 (3) H2O - Ni2+ - Lm - HCO3- - H2O2 (4). It has shown that the catalytic activity of the complex [Ni(HL)HCO3] is much higher than that of [NiHL] +.
