| Abstract: | Since there is a decided legal, as well as technical, side to the problems of patents and of protecting proprietary rights, a pin-pointing of difficulties in our current system of judiciary review is necessary in the interest of completeness. This is done here in language that the nonlawyer also can understand. Included are some suggestions that would have far-reaching effects for patent litigants as well as all those having property rights. |
